Returns policy.

All my products are bespoke and great care is taken to ensure that the item you have ordered will suit your needs and guarantee your full satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your purchased products within 15 days from the date on which you received them from www.smartclind-oeil.uk

If you have any uncertainties around your purchase, contact me please and I will be happy to help you and guide you through my product range and size guide.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. For example, the same credit card used for the purchase will be credited with a refund.

While we process returns within 5 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

Please note that we do not pay the returned postage costs or monies paid to us for outgoing postage of goods.

 

International returns:

International customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, taxes or any other costs incurred when returning goods to the UK are the buyer's responsibility. We reserve the right to reject any returns with charges attached. 

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to shipping.

Smart Clin d’oeil is not able to accept responsibility for returns lost in transit and therefore I recommend all returns are sent by recorded delivery. It is advisable to obtain a proof of postage if using the Post Office.

Smart Clin d’oeil does not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process; please ensure that the goods are well-protected when returned to us.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with the swing tags attached.

Please remember, all returns are put back into stock for resale. If I cannot resale it, I cannot refund it!

Credit card payment:

The refund will be made on the same credit card used for the purchase; the necessary refund time depends on your bank. Remember that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore, you will not suffer any interest loss.

 

PayPal payment:

The refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 14 days of receiving the email confirming the refund.

Repayment to the credit card you use with your PayPal account depends on the credit card issuer.
